Recruitment, Data Centre and Energy Infrastructure
Rebuilding a global data centre recruiter as a custom platform, with leads landing in week one
A fully custom website, an automated jobs feed pulled from LinkedIn, a two sided application portal for candidates and clients, an ongoing SEO and blog programme, original guides and reports, and a weekly LinkedIn marketing cadence. The Brief
What they came to us with.
Clear is a specialist recruiter built around one of the hardest hiring markets in engineering, the data centre and energy infrastructure space. Since 2017 the firm has placed the engineers who design, build, commission and run the facilities that the hyperscalers, colocation operators and edge providers depend on, from London out to New York and Dubai.
The problem was that their previous WordPress site did not reflect any of that. The brand looked like a generalist agency, vacancies had to be manually duplicated from LinkedIn into a tired job board, and the site rarely produced a serious inbound enquiry. For a firm whose pitch is deep sector authority, the digital shopfront was working against them.
Clear came to Limivex for a complete rebuild. One partner, one project: a custom website worthy of the brand, an automated jobs system that ends the manual duplication, a portal that handles applications cleanly on both sides of the marketplace, plus an ongoing content engine across SEO, the blog, original guides and reports, and a weekly LinkedIn cadence to keep Clear in front of operators and engineers between mandates.
The Build
Custom, bespoke website with SEO and performance baked in.
We replaced the WordPress site with a fully custom Next.js build. Performance budgets were set from the first wireframe, technical SEO was handled at the architecture level with clean URLs, semantic markup, structured data and fast Core Web Vitals, and every page was written to earn search traffic rather than just sit behind a CTA.

The Platform
An automated jobs platform, end to end.
Vacancies sync from LinkedIn into a sector organised job board. Candidates apply through a portal. Consultants manage every applicant in one place.
01
A live feed from LinkedIn
A pipeline pulls Clear's live vacancies straight from LinkedIn and renders them on a sector organised job board, filterable by discipline, region and contract type. Consultants post once, the website updates itself.
- Pulled live from Clear's LinkedIn channels
- Filtered by discipline, region and contract type
- Seven specialist expertise areas, each with named consultants
- No more manual duplication, no more stale listings

02
Apply through the portal, not a form
Each vacancy is owned by a named consultant and routes candidates straight into a portal. On the other side of the platform, the same consultants review, note and shortlist every applicant. One source of truth for every live mandate, in every region.
- Register, upload a CV and apply in one click
- Track every application from a single dashboard
- Each vacancy attributed to the consultant who owns it
- One platform serving London, New York and Dubai

The Content Engine
A blog programme for the data centre niche.
Ongoing long-form articles ghostwritten with Clear's consultants, plus deeper guides and reports when a theme deserves a stand-alone artefact. Pieces that land with operators, hiring managers and senior engineers, and feed the LinkedIn channel with material for weeks.

The Channel
Running the LinkedIn channel on Clear's behalf.
We design the carousels, write the copy and schedule the cadence. The brand stays present across three regions without pulling Clear's consultants off their mandates.
- Hot Jobs carousels
- Weekly multi-slide carousels for EMEA, the US, the Middle East and Asia, each spotlighting the live vacancies in that region.
- Market commentary
- Sector takes on commissioning shortages, the liquid cooling shift, AI infrastructure, the SMR moment and the build-out supercycle.
- Freelance opportunities
- Contract roles surfaced as the right project lands, paired with a clear apply path back into the portal.
- Launch and milestone posts
- Cornerstone moments shaped into LinkedIn posts that pull operators, contractors and senior engineers into the channel.
