The Brief
SmartChoice International is a London headquartered IT recruitment and staffing firm placing engineers, consultants and entire Agile teams into enterprise platform builds across ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft, cloud, DevOps and data and AI. Founded in 2019, the team operates onshore and nearshore across eight markets, with delivery centres from the UK and the US through to Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Turkey and the UAE.
The competitive landscape for IT recruitment is one of the noisiest in the world. SmartChoice came to Limivex because their site needed to rank for the terms their buyers actually type, the on page content had to back that up convincingly, and the technical foundations had to be solid. Layered on top, they needed a steady supply of authoritative content to keep the brand in front of senior IT leaders long after a first visit.
Limivex was brought in to run both ends of the marketing engine. SEO foundations across the whole site, country specific landing pages for each of the eight markets, monthly performance reporting and recommendations, plus an ongoing content programme of blog articles, guides and original thought leadership pieces that publish on the site and distribute through the SmartChoice LinkedIn channel.
